Cebraspe participa de Oficina de Certificação da Enap

Evento aconteceu no mês de maio em Brasília (DF)

A Certificação é um processo de avaliação utilizado para mensurar habilidades e/ou competências por meio de conhecimentos específicos e que promove a educação profissional continuada, melhora a qualificação de colaboradores, aumenta a produtividade e torna as empresas mais competitivas.

Reconhecendo a importância dessa qualificação no contexto atual das empresas e instituições públicas, a Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (Enap) organizou uma Oficina com Especialistas sobre Certificação de Competências. O evento aconteceu neste mês de maio, em Brasília (DF) e teve como objetivo explorar conhecimentos e perspectivas de especialistas sobre reconhecimento e validação de competências da Administração Pública, tendo contado com a participação da Diretora de Educação e Avaliação do Cebraspe e especialista em certificações profissionais, Dra. Claudia Griboski.

Os temas abordados incluíram as finalidades da certificação de competências, reflexões sobre aspectos que devem ser destacados nesse processo e conhecimentos e perspectivas de especialistas sobre reconhecimento e validação de competências na Administração Pública. Claudia Griboski comentou o momento: “a oficina foi muito dinâmica e representou uma oportunidade de reflexão sobre o processo de certificação. Sabe-se que a elaboração de uma proposta de certificação no âmbito da administração pública requer o entendimento não só do modo como será realizada, mas também do modo como será implementada no contexto da gestão pública”, ressaltou.

EXPERIÊNCIA – O Cebraspe realiza pesquisas sobre as certificações e atua na execução desses processos, desde a elaboração de matrizes e de itens para avaliar competências específicas até a produção de relatórios de desempenho e de níveis de proficiência que auxiliam os gestores na organização institucional. Os resultados podem ser usados para identificar profissionais que podem ser promovidos e detectar insuficiências que precisam ser reparadas. Os processos de certificação profissional baseada em competências favorecem tanto os funcionários, que recebem um diagnóstico de desempenho, quanto as entidades, que podem utilizar os resultados para a definição de promoções, capacitações e estratégias para a resolução de problemas.
